FAQ's

How old do you have to be to rent the facility?

We require a person be 21+ to rent the facility.


Can I bring in my own alcohol and/or bartender?

Hen & Ben LLC. carries its own liquor license and provides all alcohol and bartending services in house.  No alcohol is allowed to be brought in by any caterers, guests, etc.


Can I hire my own vendors?

Yes.  Aside from bartending services, Hen & Ben Event Center will provide a list of great vendors such as DJ’s, Caterers, Photographers and many other services for your event. 


Is the hall heated and/or air conditioned?

Yes - Our Event Center is heated and cooled.


How long do I have the venue the day of the event?

For Weddings, weekend package rate is for Friday evening through Sunday evening.  You will have 2 hours the day before the event for a rehearsal, extra time to decorate, etc.  Day of the event you will have from 9am to midnight.  The day after the event all décor that is not property of Hen & Ben Event will have to be removed and the event center cleaned by 6pm.

For corporate or private events: packages start at a minimum of four hours and can be extended as needed.


Is your place handicap accessible?

Yes!  We offer off street handicap parking, a ramp to enter and exit the facility, and an ADA compliant restroom.  The facility is located all on one floor.


Does your venue have restrooms?

Yes.  Hen & Ben Event Center has 3 restrooms, one is ADA compliant, complete with a changing table.  There is also a men and Woman’s restroom in the facility.


What is the occupancy capacity of the facility?

For seated events, such as a wedding there is a capacity of 200 people.  For non-seated, corporate meetings, there is capacity of up to 250 people.
